Refund & Return Policy

At Unique Ink Lab, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted Wooden Essentials and aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Products must be in new, unused condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Returns must be shipped by mail to the designated return address

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, a brief explanation for the return, and any photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the shipping address.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, Unique Ink Lab will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, contact us to initiate the process. Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the original item.


Refund Process

Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our policy conditions, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Used or damaged items (not due to manufacturer defect)
  • Custom or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect)

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time on the same day of purchase. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
